Overview
This Rescheduling & Refund Policy applies to services offered by Ella Aerial, including but not limited to:

Aerial performances
-
Private lessons
-
Workshops
-
Corporate events
-
Special event appearances
-
Photoshoots and creative collaborations
-
Other services arranged directly with Ella Chan
By confirming a booking, clients acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.
Booking Confirmation
A booking is considered confirmed once:

The event details have been agreed upon by both parties; and
-
Any required deposit or payment has been received, if applicable.
Specific booking requirements may vary depending on the service provided.
Booking Deposits
Certain services may require a booking deposit to secure a date and time.
A deposit of twenty-five percent (25%) to fifty percent (50%) of the total booking fee may be required, depending on the nature, duration, and scope of the service.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

Deposits are non-refundable.

Deposits may be applied toward a rescheduled booking when sufficient notice is provided in accordance with this policy.

Deposits cannot be transferred to another client or event without prior approval.

A booking date is not guaranteed until any required deposit has been received.
Client Rescheduling Requests
Clients may request to reschedule a booking by providing written notice.
More Than 14 Days Before the Scheduled Date
If a cancellation occurs more than fourteen (14) days before the scheduled service date, any payments made beyond a non-refundable deposit may be refunded.
Between 7 and 14 Days Before the Scheduled Date
Rescheduling requests made between seven (7) and fourteen (14) days before the scheduled service date may be accommodated subject to availability.
Any non-recoverable expenses already incurred may be deducted or charged separately.
Less Than 7 Days Before the Scheduled Date
Rescheduling requests made less than seven (7) days before the scheduled service date may not be eligible for rescheduling.
Approval is at the sole discretion of Ella Chan and subject to scheduling availability.
Client Cancellations
More Than 14 Days Before the Scheduled Date
If a cancellation occurs more than fourteen (14) days before the scheduled service date, any payments made beyond a non-refundable deposit (if applicable) may be refunded.
Within 14 Days of the Scheduled Date
Cancellations made within fourteen (14) days of the scheduled service date are generally non-refundable.
Same-Day Cancellations or No-Shows
Same-day cancellations, missed appointments, or no-shows are non-refundable.
Performer or Instructor Rescheduling
In the unlikely event that Ella Chan is unable to provide the booked service due to illness, injury, emergency, severe weather, venue restrictions, or circumstances beyond reasonable control:

A rescheduled date may be offered where feasible; or
-
Any prepaid amount for the affected service may be refunded.
Refunds under these circumstances shall be limited to payments made directly for the affected service.
Weather-Dependent Events
Certain performances, outdoor events, and photoshoots may be affected by weather conditions.
Where weather impacts safety or feasibility:

A rescheduled date may be offered; or
-
Alternative arrangements may be discussed between the parties.
Weather-related decisions will prioritize performer, participant, and audience safety.
Workshops and Group Events
Workshop organizers, event hosts, and group coordinators are responsible for communicating schedule changes to participants.
Refund requests from individual attendees may be subject to the agreement established between Ella Chan and the event organizer.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.
Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.
Force Majeure
Neither party shall be held responsible for delays, cancellations, or inability to perform resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

Severe weather
-
Natural disasters
-
Government restrictions
-
Public health emergencies
-
Venue closures
-
Transportation disruptions
-
Other unforeseen circumstances
In such cases, reasonable efforts will be made to reschedule the service.
